Typical Responsibility Matrix
We work as a Professional Analyst in partnership with the Property Owner's or their CPA. The following is a Responsibility Matrix of the typical steps involved in completing a Cost Segregation Study and preparing a revised Depreciation Schedule.

Typical Fee's

Our Fees and Expenses are typically 20% of the effective tax savings of the services. Payment schedule is as follows: 50% paid upon retaining our services and prior to the site visit occurring; Reimbursable expenses plus the next 35% of the fee will be billed and due upon receipt of the draft report. The final 15% would be due upon receipt of the final report. All original documents would be returned upon receipt of final payment.

Time Frame
A typical study takes 1 month including site visit and report preparation. This can vary depending on Owner document receipt, payments and travel arrangements.
